Charges
All fees for services must be paid in advance, for example at the initial consultation or left out for collection on the day that the service is provided. We accept cash or BACS payments. Customers using our services on a regular basis may set up a standing order.
Additional charges may be incurred if your home is in excess of 10 miles from our base. Services provided on bank holidays such as Christmas Day are charged at twice the normal rate.
